Delivery receipts
Don't take our word. Take the receipt.
After publishing, we read each post back from the platform and record what we found beside what you asked for. Every observation is dated. When a platform can't be read back, the receipt says so.
Four ways a post can come back.
A receipt never disappears and never pretends. Each outcome keeps its evidence, and tells you the one thing to do next.
What to do: Nothing to do. The post is live and matches what you asked for.
- Title asked
- A weekend outside
- Title observed
- A weekend inside
- Observed
- Sat 09:01 PT
What to do: Open the post on the platform and decide: edit it there, or accept the difference. The receipt keeps both values.
- Sent
- Sat 09:00 PT
- Platform answer
- none (timed out)
- Checks
- 09:01, 09:16; next 09:46
What to do: Wait for the next check, or run a probe. We will not re-send it on our own: a retry could post it twice.
- Observed live
- Sat 09:01 PT
- Day 14 check
- Post no longer available
- Reason
- removed or made private on the platform
What to do: If you didn't remove it, check the platform's notices. The receipt keeps the record of when it was live.
The "may have published" case
A video upload times out. Now what?
One well-known scheduler's own help page says a timed-out YouTube upload "may have published" and asks you to go and check your channel (Buffer, YouTube error library, read 2026-10-29).
Here, that post is marked Unconfirmed. We check the platform again on a schedule. We do not re-send it, because a retry could post it twice. You can run a probe yourself, or decide to force a retry knowing a duplicate is possible.

A record of what we saw, and when.
The record doesn't stop at delivery. Later checks add new dated observations; they never overwrite the earlier ones.
- Scheduled → dispatchedHanded to YouTube's upload API.
- Read back: verified liveTitle, visibility and media matched. The stamp lands here, once.
- Rechecked: still liveSame title, same visibility.
- Post no longer availableRecorded as a new observation. The earlier ones stay.

Make something worth sharing. We'll bring back the proof.
No card. The trial's end date is shown up front, and when it ends publishing simply pauses until you choose a plan.
