Terms of Service
Status: This document is final as of its effective date. A1 Lane's builders provide no legal advice.
Effective date: October 29, 2026 Operator: A1Lane LLC, 19824 47th Ave NE, Lake Forest Park, WA 98155-1726, United States, reachable at [email protected].
1. The service
A1 Lane (https://a1lane.ai) is a hosted publishing service. You create an account, connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage, upload content you have the right to publish, and A1 Lane publishes it to those accounts through each platform's official API at the times you choose. A destination is reported as published only when the platform confirms it on read-back; anything the platform does not confirm is reported as uncertain or failed, never assumed live.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide a working email address.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password and API tokens confidential. Tokens you create are workspace-scoped; revoke any token you no longer control.
- Workspaces have an owner and members with roles (owner, admin, member, approver). The owner is responsible for who they invite and for the billing of that workspace.
- A1Lane is a business service; by subscribing you confirm you are acting in the course of business
3. Your content and your platform accounts
- You keep all rights to the content you upload. You grant A1 Lane only the licence needed to store it, validate it against platform constraints, and transmit it to the destinations you select.
- You are responsible for the content you publish and for compliance with each platform's terms and community guidelines, including disclosure of commercial and AI-generated content. A1 Lane records the disclosure settings you choose on each receipt; where a route cannot set a disclosure, the receipt says so and the handoff pack tells you to set it in the platform's app.
- Connecting a platform account authorises A1 Lane to publish to it on your behalf and to read back the status of posts it created. Disconnecting an account deletes its credential.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use A1 Lane to publish content that is unlawful, infringes others' rights, or violates the platforms' rules; to access accounts you are not authorised to manage; to circumvent platform rate limits or review processes; or to probe or disrupt the service. We may suspend workspaces that do.
5. Plans, trials and payment
- New accounts start a 60-day free trial with no card; the trial clock starts when the account connects its first channel. When the trial ends, publishing pauses; reads and export continue.
- Each billing account may start one free trial; deleting an account or a workspace does not reset trial eligibility.
- Paid plans are billed per billing account, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT and sales tax, and are billed in USD only.
- If a payment fails, Stripe retries. Publishing continues for a 7-day grace period, then pauses until the subscription is paid.
- You can cancel at any time in the billing portal. Publishing pauses at once; your data is retained for 30 days, during which export works. Ask within 120 days of any monthly charge and we refund that one month, no questions asked. One refund per billing account per 12 months. Yearly plans are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, unless a non-waivable statutory right applies.
6. Service levels and support
A1 Lane publishes a status page with aggregate delivery-verification rates. Support is by email at [email protected] with a target first response within 48 hours on business days. No uptime or delivery commitment is contractual: the service is provided on a best-effort basis, and the first-response figure above is a target, not a promise.
7. Platform dependence
Publishing depends on third-party platforms. Platform outages, policy changes, app-review decisions and API limits are outside A1 Lane's control. In particular, posting to public TikTok accounts depends on TikTok's audit of the platform app, and public Meta and Google accounts depend on those platforms' app reviews. A listing of A1 Lane's assistant connector in an AI directory is not an approval by any publishing platform.
8. Warranty and liability
A1 Lane is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, A1 Lane disclaims implied warranties and limits its liability to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. This cap does not apply to wilful misconduct, intellectual-property infringement, or breach of confidentiality.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings; this deletes every workspace you own, including credentials, media, posts and receipts. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable, and will provide export on request during the retention period.
10. Changes and governing law
We may change these terms by posting the new version here and notifying account owners by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, and any dispute arising from them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
