Route

Any instance: media upload (processing poll) → POST /api/v1/statuses with an idempotency key → read back by status id. Replies carry thread parts and the first comment.

Connecting

No central app: on your instance open Preferences → Development → New application (read:accounts, write:statuses, write:media) and paste its access token together with the instance URL.

No server variables are needed for this platform; the credential is verified against the platform before it is stored, then encrypted at rest.

Limits the engine enforces

300 requests per 5 minutes per account and 30 media uploads per 30 minutes; character and media limits come from the instance itself and are enforced before sending.
