Route

API v5: image Pins from a public image URL (or inline for local stills) and video Pins via media registration → upload → processing → POST /v5/pins; read back by Pin id. Each destination names the board (boards are listed from the account).

Your app

Create a Pinterest developer app, add the redirect URI below, and request Standard access when you are ready to publish beyond Trial access.

Redirect URI: https://a1lane.ai/oauth/pinterest/callback. Server variables: POSTLANE_OAUTH_PINTEREST_CLIENT_ID and POSTLANE_OAUTH_PINTEREST_CLIENT_SECRET.

Scopes

boards:read, boards:write, pins:read, pins:write, user_accounts:read (continuous refresh tokens, 60-day, refreshable).

Limits the engine enforces

Trial access: 1,000 requests/day per app and 300 Pin/board writes per day; Standard access: 100 writes per minute per user. The engine spaces Pins one minute apart per account by default.

Review gate

Pinterest reviews apps for Standard access; Trial access publishes only for the app owner's own accounts. A listing of our assistant connector in any AI directory does not change this: directory approval is not platform approval.
